    Richard J. Brown is the founder and Senior Pastor of Kingsway Community Life Centre, a Christian ministry in the heart of Toronto dedicated to assisting individuals and families achieve healthy living through counselling, life coaching, family and marital counselling.

    His educational goals led him to Tyndale University College and Seminary, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Education. Pastor Brown has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Counselling and a Master's Degree in Theology from the Mt. Olive Bible Institute and Seminary and is presently pursuing a PhD in Counseling. Utilizing the education he received, Pastor Brown has worked for the City of Toronto for over 25 years as a Counsellor specializing in Chronic Substance Abuse, Addiction and Mental Health.

    Roxanne Francis is an award-winning psychotherapist, registered social worker, consultant and international speaker, who has been helping people access tools to change their lives for over 12 years.

    She is the CEO of Francis Psychotherapy & Consulting Services, where she is the lead therapist in her group therapy practice addressing topics such as mental health in the workplace, children’s mental health & parenting, diversity equity & inclusion, burnout, and women’s issues.

    Roxanne is an adjunct professor at the Factor Inwentash School of Social Work Program at the University of Toronto, and in 2020 she was recognized as one of Canada’s 100 Black Women to Watch.

    Jermaine Morrison is a registered social worker at Francis Psychotherapy & Consulting. Jermaine is a therapist, workshop facilitator, educator, and advocate. Jermaine is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people from all walks of life, and he specializes in supporting neurodivergent youth, as well as in men's mental health. Jermaine employs a strength based approach along with his knowledge in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and trauma-informed modalities to assist clients who may be struggling with their own mental health.
